I just spent the last 3 hours at the Rec Council meeting learning about the field renovations. I learned a lot as the design does not totally meet with our needed field dimension sizes. I learned a ton about how parks are made and as was repeatedly stated this project is not a Little League complex but a community park and the project has already been approved as is. I am hopeful as there are a couple of guys who know how to work with the city in our league. Bottom line is the shovel will not hit the dirt until at least 18 months.
I have a splitting headache. 3 days til NJ!
