What a GREAT day for baseball!!! The best part... my sister and my dad are here from NJ!
The weather? Sunny and 75 (that's why we are payin the Sunshine Tax)
Cara's All Star team lost their 1st game so they will have to really battle their way out of the loser's bracket to be able to play on our home field next Saturday.
Colin's team won their TOC game and will play Monday for the District 32 Championship. Colin didn't have his best game. He hit an RBI but was called out at 1st. He also missed 2 balls in right field that could have been the last out of the game. He was pretty down on himself but Andrew is here and all is good. Our catcher, Andrew took a hard collision at the plate and hurt his knee. He made the out but was down for 3-4 minutes. (An eternity in a baseball game)
They are pestering for a beach day tomorrow so off we will go.
