The Everyday Project Day 115

What a great day for baseball. Sunny, 70 with a view of Mission Bay in the distance.  Clairemont Hilltoppers have a great field. I love away games!

Colin almost hit an over the fence Homerun Grand Slam. Bases loaded and he slammed that ball. He just hit the bottom of the fence  and was held to a 2 RBI single. Awwwwww Nuts! He played the rest of the game well too.

Carnival- check. Opening day - check. Picture day -  check. All that's left is the basket auction and All Stars. And the actual games...almost forgot about those.

I had to remind our awesome treasurer that when you want someone to do a job, you have to let them do it, whether its the way you would do it or not.

Since last season she has been on me to get someone to be Picture Day coordinator. So I got someone, who did a good job today. She organized it and followed the instructions of the photographer. Whoever showed up, got their pictures taken. There will be a make up day some time in April. Simple as that.

Since games were rained out yesterday, the juniors had a make up game today at the Hilltoppers and it was unlikely that they would be back in time for their pictures. Soooo, they can get them done on the make up day. No problem. Something about that rubbed her the wrong way and she had her panties in a bit of a twist. I can say absolutely nothing bad about this woman. She goes above and beyond in so many ways. I could never have done my job without her. It was a little humorous to see her complain about the picture woman. I had to remind her that we were not in charge of this and let it go.

It is what it is...
Namaste
